Payment options for prepaid billing are similar to those of traditional billing. Just keep in mind that on prepaid billing you pay in advance for service. If your balance is running low, you will want to choose a payment option that will be processed quickly. The best options for this are by phone, online or mobile device. These options are available 24 hours a day and allow you to pay via check draft or credit card. You can also walk in or use the drive thru window at our office during business hours to pay by cash, check, money order or credit card. Night deposit and/or postal mail are also options, but the payment will take longer to process.
by PHONE To pay by phone, call our office at 573-642-3326 or toll free 888-642-4840 and select option number '2'. This will take you to our automated payment system which allows payment by credit card or check draft. You may also check your balance and store credit card or bank information for future payments.
ONLINE The Cooperative's online bill presentment and payment system allows you to make a payment, check your account balance, view electric usage, and/or send in a question or comment. The first time you visit the site you will be required to register as a new user. If you have questions please call (888-642-4840) or email us.
MOBILE DEVICE For those fans of online billing and for the growing number of smart phone or tablet users out there, a mobile app version of our online billing system is available. It is very similar to the website, allowing easy access to account usage and billing history, with payment features at your fingertips, a quick view of the news feed, and access to a service area map which includes any current outages. WALK IN As always, you can drop by the Cooperative during our regular business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday to pay your bill, discuss service, inquire about energy efficiency, or ask any other questions about the Cooperative.
DRIVE THRU Located just north of the main entrance to Callaway Electric Cooperative, you will find our drive thru payment window and night deposit drop. You may pay in person from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday, or drop your payment in the night deposit slot anytime day or night. Just keep in mind if you drop off a payment after hours, it will not be processed until the next business day.
